1. Definitions
Provider / RoxyProxy: 4G proxy service operated from Bordeaux, France
Client / You: Any individual or legal entity subscribing to our services
Service: Access to dedicated 4G proxy lines with French mobile IPs
Proxy Line: Dedicated physical 4G modem with IP rotation, SOCKS5/HTTP/OpenVPN protocols
Plan: Commercial offer (24h, 7 days, 30 days) defined by duration and pricing
2. Acceptance of Terms
Use of RoxyProxy services implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By subscribing to a plan or using our proxy lines, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
✓ Contractual Validation:
The contract is concluded at the time of confirmed payment via our Telegram bot and the automatic allocation of your proxy line.
3. Service Description
RoxyProxy provides access to 4G mobile proxies with the following features:
- Dedicated Infrastructure: One exclusive physical 4G modem per line (no sharing)
- French Mobile IPs: Authentic IP addresses from national carriers (Orange, SFR, Bouygues, Free)
- Dynamic Rotation: On-demand IP change via API or automated interval
- Protocols: SOCKS5, HTTP(S), OpenVPN support with authentication
- OS Spoofing: Android, iOS, Windows, macOS profiles (p0f compliant)
- Bandwidth: Unlimited on all plans (actual speed 10-30 Mbps)
- Support: Technical assistance 7/7 via Telegram

Payment Terms:
- Advance Payment: 100% of the amount due before line activation
- Accepted Methods: Cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT, ETH via Telegram bot), Stripe, PayPal
- Currency: Prices displayed in USD (automatic conversion at current rate)
- Billing: No automatic renewal, no tacit subscription
- VAT: Not applicable (micro-business below franchise threshold)

6. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:
- Use the service in compliance with French, European, and international laws
- Not use proxies for illegal activities (bank fraud, hacking, mass spam, DDoS, child pornography)
- Not resell or share access to the proxy line without written authorization from RoxyProxy
- Not attempt to circumvent technical protections or access other lines
- Respect the Terms of Use of third-party platforms accessed via proxies
- Secure their credentials (username/password) and not disclose them
⚠️ Strictly Prohibited Activities:
- Carding / Bank Fraud (testing stolen cards)
- Mass Email Spam / Phishing
- DDoS Attacks / Unauthorized Vulnerability Scanning
- Distribution of child pornography or terrorist content
- Intentional large-scale copyright violation
Any violation results in immediate suspension without refund and may be subject to legal prosecution.

Warranty Exclusions:
- Mobile carrier network failures (Orange, SFR, etc.) beyond our control
- Blocks by third-party platforms (Instagram, Google) despite IP rotation
- Issues related to client configuration (incorrect proxy settings, DNS leak)
- Force majeure (natural disaster, widespread power outage, state cyberattack)
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU and French Consumer Code (Art. L221-18), you have a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from the subscription date.
⚠️ Express Waiver of Right of Withdrawal:
By subscribing to RoxyProxy, you acknowledge that the service is provided immediately (activation < 2 minutes). In accordance with Art. L221-28 of the Consumer Code, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal to benefit from immediate execution.
This waiver is confirmed by accepting the Terms of Service at the time of payment. However, our Refund Policy remains applicable (Satisfaction Guaranteed or Money Back 24H).
9. Termination and Suspension
By the Client:
- Free termination at the end of the plan (no automatic renewal)
- No termination procedure required (service expires automatically)
- Partial refund impossible (except Satisfaction Guaranteed or Money Back 24H policy)
By RoxyProxy:
- Immediate suspension in case of Terms of Service violation (illegal activities, abuse)
- Permanent termination after 2 warnings or serious violation
- No refund in case of termination due to Client fault
- Notification via Telegram within 24 hours (except security emergency)
10. Limitation of Liability
Limited Contractual Liability: In case of RoxyProxy breach, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current plan.
Proxy Usage: The Client is solely responsible for their use of the service. RoxyProxy cannot be held responsible for consequences of activities conducted via our proxy lines (account blocks, legal prosecution).
Data Loss: No guarantee on preservation of configurations or connection logs (deleted after 7 days).
Indirect Damages Excluded: Loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, damage to reputation cannot give rise to compensation.
11. Intellectual Property
The RoxyProxy website, its content (texts, graphics, logos), as well as the deployed technologies (rotation API, OS spoofing) are protected by French and international copyright law.
Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation constitutes counterfeiting sanctioned by Articles L335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
12. Personal Data Protection
The processing of your personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy, compliant with GDPR and the Data Protection Act.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Applicable Law: These Terms of Service are governed by French law.
Consumer Mediation: In case of dispute, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge (Art. L612-1 Consumer Code): Medicys.
Competent Jurisdiction: In the absence of an amicable resolution, the courts of Bordeaux, France have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Terms of Service Modifications
RoxyProxy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on this page. The last update date is indicated at the top of the document. Active Clients will be notified via Telegram in case of substantial changes.
